Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration requires a nationwide contract for infusion pump units to support facilities across VHA. In accordance with FAR 7.107-5, the VA intends to consolidate infusion pump requirements. The consolidation of infusion pump requirements identified is in the best interest of the Government. This consolidation meets the requirements of FAR 7.107 and the benefits of the consolidated acquisition would exceed the benefits that would be derived from an alternative approach. Therefore, the VA found that consolidation is necessary and justified and this notice shall be available for seven days prior to the release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for this requirement. The RFP is anticipated for release May 2025. See attached document: 36C24
