Award notice to inform industry that a sold source award was made under authority 41 U.S.C 1901 as implemented by FAR 13.501(a). This award is a Firm Fixed Price, and was not awarded competitively. The rationale for the non-competitive award is the program office and Contracting Officer did market research and decided that the best option was a HUBZone set aside, and with the urgent nature of the request, there was not a reasonable expectation that offers would have been received from two or more HUBZone small business concerns.
