Project Details: ND FLAP SDN 7NE(1) Hoffer Lake Access The scope of this project is to widen, and pave 7th Street NE from 5th Avenue NE (CMC 4211) through Hoffer Lake Park. Project will be advertised as Schedule A: From 5th Avenue NE 1.06 mile west through Hoffer Lake Park ending at the north part of the curve where future camping area expansion is planned.
