Neville Island Area Office Renovations

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a requirement for a project to renovate the Neville Island Area Office at Neville Island Area Office; 3510 Grand Ave, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15225. The site may be reached from state and local roads and streets. The general description of the work is to furnish all equipment, labor of work, supervision, and materials necessary to complete the work as shown and as specified. The work includes demolition of interior partition wall, relocation of electrical and telecom outlets, and installation of a new 6 inch exposed, gypsum board finished bulkhead; demolish and terminate telecom and electrical outlets on masonry wall, fur out wall, and install new gypsum wall board; replace carpeting, vinyl floor tile, cove base and floor transiti
