This contract action was not awarded competitively in accordanc with (IAW) FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), due to the urgency of this requirement. South-Tek Systems LLC, a small business concern under NAICS 811310, has been identified as a capable and qualified vendor to meet the Government's need on an urgent basis.
