This contract action was not awarded competitively IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), due to the urgency of this requirement. Cummins Southern Plains LLC, large business concern, specializing in equipment distribution, repair, and maintenance, has been identified as a capable and qualified vendor to meet the Governments need on an urgent basis.
