The purpose of this award synopsis is to post the sole source justification and authorization (JAFY250116), redacted, for the Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP) Annual Accreditation Subscription Services Membership. The contract supports the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and the ASBP by maintaining annual site memberships and accreditations of Transfusion Services (TS) and Blood Donor Centers (BDC) to include providing updated electronic-learning (eLearning) subscription services based on current regulatory guidance as well as obtaining accreditation for non-accredited locations.
