THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a firm fixed price contract to COMSOL, Inc., 100 District Ave, Burlington, Massachusetts 01803-5042, United States. Under the authority of FAR 13.106 (1) only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
