Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Environmental Management (EM) Consolidated Business Center (CBC), intends to award a contract to LRP PUBLICATIONS, on a sole source basis. The services provided by LRP Publications are in support of the EMCBC Office of Chief Legal Counsel. The authority permitting this sole source acquisition without full and open competition is prescribed by FAR 6.302- 1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agencys requirements. An approved Justification and Approval (J&A) authorizing this procurement will be posted in accordance with FAR 6.305(a) within 14 days of contract award. The DOE/EMCBC will procure a subscription to the cyberFEDS online employment law database service for 11 users
