The Department of the Navy, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) FLC Rota, Spain; hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Compass Instruments Inc., from Illinois, United States, and CAGE code 43AS7.
