Description
This is ONLY a Notification of Intent to issue a Sole Source Award. This special notice of intent is a follow-on to Sources Sought Notification N6817125QTF01 issued on 24 July 2025 via SAM.GOV and EuroNECO. This is NOT a request for competitive quotes/proposals. The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Sigonella, Naples Detachment intends to issue a sole source award (N6817125PN005) to Clear Water Dynamics, LTD (CAGE U1K44) located in the United Kingdom. This contract will provide support services to assist the Navy in maintaining maritime domain awareness through the reporting of real-time piracy and maritime crime reporting across the world. This sole source award will consist of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The Acquistion will be conducted through FAR Part 1
