Description
This notice constitutes an announcement of award resulting from the Notice of Intent to Sole Source a Cold Compander BEP Heat Exchanger (HEX) 80LARC893765Q prepared under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 and in accordance with FAR 13.5 procedures. Accordingly, NASA Langley Research Center has awarded a firm-fixed-price purchase order contract to API HEAT TRANSFER INC. Under this effort the Vendor will deliver long lead replacement for a BEP type Heat Exchanger (HEX), specifically for the cold compander component at the LaRC B1241 LN2 Plant.
