Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Linear Radiation Monitors

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency intends to award a sole source contract to Sensor Technology Engineering, LLC (STE) to acquire two STE brand name Linear Radiation Monitors (Part No. TA400). Sensor Technology Engineering, LLC is the sole provider of these items. The authority for this sole source award is FAR 13.106(b).THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, interested parties have five (5) days from the date of publication of this notice to submit, in writing, clear and convincing evidence of their qualifications and/or capabilities to provide Linear Radiation Monitors to the identified point of contact for this notice.
