Description

This is not a solicitation. This notice is to provide the Governments intent to sole source an action for the subject requirement. DOE is proposing to an award for a base period of 12-months. A sole source contract to The Boardroom, LLC for the aforementioned services to support DOEs Office of Indian Energy Policy and Programs request to obtain satellite office space for two Alaska based staff members in support of Presidential Memorandum, Return to In-Person Work (RTO). The Department of Energy (DOE), located at 1000 Independence Avenue SW, Washington, DC - 20585, is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to inform industry of the Government's intent to sole- source this contract action using the statutory authority 41 USC 3304(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.
