NOTICE OF INTENT THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a commercial, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Bio-logic USA, LLC, 9050 Executive Park Dr., Ste. C110, Knoxville, TN 37923-4634. Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The requirement is for the repair of the Bio-Logic VSP-300 potentiostat of the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (MAE) Department of Naval Postgraduate School (NPS).
