Description
The U.S. Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) has awarded a sole source contract to Fitch Solutions for web-based subscription services under the authority of Simplified Procedures for Commercial items as implemented by 13.501 and as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 - "Only one responsible source."
