The purpose of this notice is to publicize the Governments intent to issue a sole source contract to Unique Communications for CAIRS software maintenance services using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is not a Request for Quote. If you believe your firm is capable of providing CAIRS software maintenance services, to include software updates, technical support, and training, you may submit a capability statement that specifically addresses how you can fulfill this requirement without a degradation of existing services or schedule delays.
