O&M SBIWTP increase to 35 MGD

The U.S. Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) is issuing Modification P00065 to contract 191BWC20C0003 for continued Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of the South Bay International Wastewater Treatment Plant (SBIWTP). This modification supports an increase in treatment capacity from 25 million gallons per day (MGD) to 35 MGD. The scope includes one-time startup and recurring O&M services associated with the additional 10 MGD. The incumbent contractor, Veolia, will perform the work to ensure operational continuity and regulatory compliance. This modification increases contract 191BWC20C0003 by $7,586,485.93 from $77,776,386.38 to $85,362,872.31.
