Offshore Patrol Cutter Stage 1 Audit Services

The requirement is to provide accounting oversight of Public Law 85-804 funds as part of a funding relief package for the Stage 1 Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) contractor, Eastern Shipbuilding Group (ESG) (the contractor), as well as auditing services to monitor all aspects of the contractors financial system. Audit services are necessary to ensure the accurate expensing of funds used to support the relief efforts authorized under Public Law 85-804 for the USCGs OPC acquisition program.
