Description
This is a requirement for the procurement of a Digital Content Specialist for the OHARNG Recruiting and Retention Bn. This individual will be responsible for promoting the presence of the OHARNG on social media platforms and purchasing add space intended to increase recruiting outreach. This requirement was previously procured in 2019 on OHARNG contract# W91364-19-P-0074. The requirement was awarded FFP included the base year with four additional option years. A review of successfully completed contracts demonstrates that an 8a entity are qualified to perform this work. Market Research determined that marketing/advertising services are commercially available to the public and can be awarded as an 8a sole source set-aside.
