Description
Contractor shall provide and install Endoscopy Scopes and Peripheral Equipment via Leasing to include a full-service agreement and to trade-in existing equipment that has reached end of life for South Texas VA Health Care System (STVHCS), Audie Murphy VAMC, 7400 Merton Minter, San Antonio, TX. 78229. The contract action was not awarded competitively. The award was made via sole source due to the proprietary nature of the services and current VA owned equipment that the new equipment must be compatible. See attached JOFOC for further details.
