- (LCS) Operation and Maintenance (OM), Inspection, Management and Repair Service of Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HAVC) systems, facilities and utilities lines at FOS Carroll, SeongJu, Republic of Korea.- The site visit is scheduled for 13 January 2026 @ 10:00 hrs. Participants will meet in front of Nam Gimcheon Service Area (??????) at 09:30 and proceed together to the FOS, Camp Carroll (Seongju). Contractors should complete the attached [Attachment 5-1 Manifest[ and submit it to Ms. Chong, Yura (yura.chong2.ln@army.mil) or Mr. Kim, Chongkuk (chongkuk.kim6.ln@army.mil) NLT 1200 hours, 8 January 2026.
