Operations and Maintenance Services at W. Kerr Scott Reservoir

Subject: Synopsis W. Kerr Scott Operations and Maintenance Support Services Description: The Government intends to procure comprehensive and efficient maintenance, repair, and minor rehabilitation services for the W. Kerr Scott Project, Wilkesboro, North Carolina. The facilities include the Visitor Assistance Center & Environmental Education Center, twelve recreation areas, approximately 40 miles of trails, shoreline areas, 1,475 surface acres of reservoir, visitor center security and fire systems, operational areas, forestry and wildlife lands, and Government-owned vehicles, vessels, and equipment. The Contractor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, and consumables. This solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or around 5 Novembe
