Description
This Limited Sources Justification (LSJ) authorizes and approves extending FSS Task Order 1333BJ24F00012001, which provides OReilly Learning Platform Services for both the USPTOs STIC and OCIO for one year. This FSS task order was issued under a previous LSJ and awarded on 7/15/2024. The period of performance associated with this action is from 7/15/2024 7/14/2025. This action is to exercise FAR 52.217-9, which was included in the task order. However, pricing for the option periods were not evaluated at the time of award necessitating this LSJ to exercise the option.
