Only one responsible source, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is issuing a solicitation SPRRA2-26-R-0027 to add parts to the Subsumable Contract SPRRA2-25-D-0016 under the (Alpha 6) Long-Term Contract (LTC) Umbrella Contract SPRBL1-25-D-0006 awarded on August 01, 2025 which supersedes the DLA-Raytheon Depot Level Repairable (DLR) SPRBL1-15-D-0017 (Alpha 5) LTC.
