PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE W912PM25R0021 PN 90610 SOF Arms Room Addition. Fort Bragg, Cumberland County, North Carolina. This is not a solicitation nor a request for proposals. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District is planning for a new Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for the renovation of an Arms Room and addition of a loading bay at Fort Bragg, NC. The scope of work includes ALL labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, supervision, and transportation for work necessary to renovate the Arms Room in the SOTF main administrative building, 0190M, at Fort Bragg, NC (PN 90610 SOF Arms Room Addition). Project consists of new construction of Loading Bay and renovation of Arms Room. Building fortification for this project is unique in nature and not included in the unit cost of the building. P
