Description
Award of a firm-fixed-price purchase order to VT Milcom Inc (VT Milcom) of Virginia Beach, VA in support of the production of four (4) Fire Control System (FCS) Point of Service (POS) Coolers in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented in FAR subpart 13.5. VT Milcom is the only source with the expertise, facilities, and tooling to provide the POS Shipsets without unacceptable delay to meeting the in-yard need dates.
