CLIN 001 Interior: Replace existing HVAC (3) systems, currently a 4-ton unit and 2-ton unit. 16 SEER (15 SEER2) minimum efficiency rating. Replace all HVAC ducting in office spaces on 1st and 2nd floor. Engineer and verify HVAC sizing and all pressure testing once complete IAW UFC codes. Remove and install new ceiling tiles, LED lighting in 1st floor training room and 2nd floor office spaces. Remove old VCT in 2nd floor office spaces and hall with a new VCT tile. Carpet in office spaces to be replaced with new carpet. Paint walls in 2nd floor offices spaces and hallway. Contractor to remove office furniture and put back in place.
