Construct a non-standard, mission-specific Guided Missile Radar Antenna Maintenance Facility at Letterkenny Army Depot. The facility will be approximately 4,928 square feet and accommodate an anechoic chamber (Government Furnished and installed Equipment), ingress/egress, administrative and support spaces. This facility will include information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, and intrusion detection system (IDS) connections. Sustainable Design and Development (SDD) and Energy Policy Act 2005 (EPA 2005) features will be provided. Supporting facilities include site development, utilities and connections, lighting, paving, parking, walks, curbs and gutters, storm water retention, information systems, landscaping and signage, removal of existing hardstand.
