Description
Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Serbia will launch the solicitation on the www.SAM.gov website when it is available. The Contractor shall perform janitorial services in all designated spaces including, but not limited to, halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, elevators and stairways. The Contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel necessary to accomplish the work in this contract. Contractor employees shall be on site only for contractual duties and not for other business purposes. The total area for cleaning is approximately 11,422 square meters.
