Presolicitation Notice for Fresh Milk, Dairy and Ice Cream Products for DLA Troop Support to military customers in the States of Mississippi, Arkansas and Louisiana

]]Solicitation SPE300-25-R-0025 is designed to place Market Ready Fresh Milk and Dairy items, all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various Department of Defense (DoD) customers in Mississippi, Louisiana and Arkansas. The resultant contract will be issued as a firm-fixed price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with EPA applied to Class I fluid milk items and firm fixed price with two pricing tiers for all other items for the entire term of the contract. The contract period is expected to be from April 23, 2025, to April 8, 2028. Tier 1 will be from April 23, 2025 - April 17, 2027. Tier 2 will be from April 18, 2027, to April 15, 2028.
