Preventative Maintenance at The Pentagon Heating and Refrigeration Plant (HRP).

The contractor shall furnish all parts, labor, materials, supervision necessary for the preventative maintenance, Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Corrective Maintenance (CM) repairs, Service Calls (SC), and inspections for the equipment and systems listed in the Equipment Nameplate Data attachment as necessary to perform tasks and functions as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
