The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has a requirement for continuation of services under the current contract EP-W-18-007/0001 in accordance with FAR Clause 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services, as described below. EP-W-18-007/0001 expires on May 31, 2025. A follow on to the current task order is currently being competed. The services under this contract are critical and cannot lapse. FAR Clause 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services was included at task order award, however, the price of that option was not negotiated at award.
