Synopsis for Award Protective Security Officer (PSO) Services for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Facility in Andover, Massachusetts Contract: 70RFP125DE1000003 The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), Federal Protective Service (FPS) has acquired a contract for armed Protective Security Officer (PSO) services for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) facility in Andover, Massachusetts. The armed PSOs will protect federal personnel and property at federally owned and leased buildings. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, management, supervision, training, licenses, and permits to deliver the services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The period of performance includes a one-year base period with four one-year option
