Description
The Federal Protective Service Acquisitions Division intends to issue a sole source extension of up to four months to the current ordering period of an existing indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract, 70RFP219DEC000012, with KR Contracting, Inc., 233 N Prospect Street, Suite 105, Hagerstown, MD 21740-3779. This proposed extension will provide for continued protective security officer services at various locations in Washington, DC to allow time to solicit, award and transition the follow-on effort for these services. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with KR Contracting, Inc. under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) as implemented by RFO FAR Subpart 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy age
