The U.S. Embassy Windhoek hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: The U.S. Embassy located in Windhoek, Namibia, requires the provision of off-road capable ambulances to the Ministry of Health and Social Services (MHSS). Two off-road capable ambulances, with spare parts and service/warranty for two years of heavy use. Service/Warranty work must be conducted within Namibia.
