Hanford Mission Essential Services Contract (HMESC) Procurement May 4, 2018 The DOE EM has reviewed the industry feedback received for the alternate cost proposal/analysis method consideration under the RFP, Solicitation No. 89303318REM000007, for the HMESC procurement, and has determined to proceed with the alternate cost proposal/analysis method for the Final HMESC RFP, still anticipated to be released in the spring of 2018. DOE has also determined to proceed with the alternate cost proposal/analysis method model for the upcoming Central Plateau Cleanup Contract (CPCC) procurement. Please see the attached letter.
