Description
The subject contract action is to procure construction security services and construction security surveillance services to support a secure construction project onboard Keflavik Air Base (KAB), Keflavik, Iceland, in accordance with (IAW) the Intelligence Community Directive (IDC) 705 series and Department of Defense (DoD) policies. Contract was awarded to Singularity Security Group LLC on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-5(b)(6) - sole source awards under the Veterans Benefits Act of 2003. The related Justification and Approval (J and A) was provided along with the Pre-solicitation Notice posted on 09 September 2025.
