The McAlester Ammunition Plant (MCAAP) seeks to procure materials for the Sierra Army Depot (SIAD) railroad modernization. All materials shall meet the specifications outlined in the Statement of ork (SOW) and AREMA specifications. See attached SF1449 for exact requirements. FOB Destination.
