Description
Procure a software tool that uses geospatial data for Line of Site (LOS) engineering application that can maintain compatibility with both AutoCADs and MicroStations frequent updates. MicroStation and AutoCAD are standard USACE wide programs for construction designs and necessary for review of all construction projects at USACE. This requirement is to procure licenses for the engineering application/tool in support of the Ranges Training and Land Program (RTLP) mission.
