Description
Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in the Philippines will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov website when it is available. This solicitation is for the Refurbishment of Rooms, NOX 3 Building. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about the first week of July 2025. The quotation due date will be set forth in the solicitation. The Government is planning a mandatory site visit and pre-quotation conference.
