Description

On 2 September 2025, in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 4022, the Army Contracting Command Orlando has awarded an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) via the Training and Readiness Accelerator II (TReX II) for the Remote Advanced Weapons Testing and Evaluation Capability prototype Project. A Request for Solutions was issued to the TReX II consortium on 16 January 2024 which resulted in the submittal of three total responses. As a result of the competition, the prototype project was awarded to Advanced Technology International, Inc. (ATI) as the managing prime to Torch Technologies, LLC. The total value of this prototype project if all milestones are exercised is $21,693,947.17.
