This solicitation and award is restricted in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(4) and FAR 6.302-4 International Agreement, to Danish and Greenlandic firms except when procurement from such sources is not feasible. The scope of the Repair Roof Hangar 7 Bldg. 623, Project No. WWCX 22-1008 and Repair Roof Hangar 8 Bldg. 624, Project No. WWCX 22-1009, requires the contractor to furnish all management, supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals to maintain by replacement, repair and minor construction work on various real property facilities covered under this contract, to include design and engineering services on Pituffik Space Base (PSB), Greenland.
