Repair SOW Ops Facility B3524

The solicitation was under full and open to award a firm-fixed-price contract. This project shall accomplish a design-build repair of the roof of building 3524. The concrete roof will be replaced, including an anchoring system and seismic improvements. Insulation will be installed on the interior side of the exterior walls and below the roof slab. The electrical, ventilation air conditioning, and fire alarm/protection systems will be replaced throughout the building. The project will include the patching and repair of concrete spalling, structural repairs to the concrete masonry unit load-bearing walls, replacement of interior doors, and repairs to finishes including gypsum and drop ceilings.
