Provide all plant, materials, labor, equipment and perform all operations required to remove and replace the existing HVAC Systems (condensers, air handlers and natural gas furnaces) with new within 9 Buildings (9105, 9111, 9120, 9121, 9122, 9123, 9124, 9125 and 10324); replace the existing deteriorated wooden plenum box with new insulated metal plenum box (10324 Only); install drywall on existing wood joints ceiling and exterior wood wall build-up and vertical rear wall within the Mechanical Room (10324 Only); provide and install mini-split system and new LED interior lighting (9310 Only) and associated supporting items of the heating/cooling systems.
