ELMR Tower is about 200ft Antenna Tower located in the restricted area of Naval Weapons Station Earle. FCC Mandates that all towers over 200ft must have lights for the safety of the United States air navigation system. The Towers existing lights at approximately 80ft and 199ft from ground dont operate properly and need replacement to meet the FCC requirements.
