Replacement of 6 bathrooms and a re-pipe of all potable water lines, hot, cold, circulation and sewage

General Description This project entails the re-piping of the potable water lines from the basement level boiler room and water meter room (hot and cold water and hot recirculation) to all the associated bathroom and laundry area fixtures on both levels of the house which includes 6 bathrooms and 2 laundry areas, 2 kitchens included. This also includes the replacement of all sewage piping systems from the city sewage system to all bathrooms and kitchen area The existing potable water lines to these described areas, where practical, will be removed. Where the existing lines are located in areas of the house that will not be affected by the work (i.e., embedded in cement under the tiled floors), these lines will be disconnected and left in place, fully drained and capped if necessary.
