Description

The contract action was not awarded competitively in accordance with Statutory Authority: 10 USC 3204(a)(4) as implemented by FAR 6.302-4, International Agreement. Sustainment support services are required to support the Republic of Korea Air Force (ROKAF) Global Hawk (GH) High- altitude Unmanned Aircraft (HUAS) Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) System. The TCPED system shall coordinate with the ROKAF GH Ground Control Element (GCE) for information collection. TCPED service responsibilities include system maintenance, administration, and management of the Contract Field Service Representatives (CFSRs) supporting ground system maintenance while conducting missions; and associated operational support for the ROKAF TCPED program.
