This amendment is to update the S&T Protection language updated 08 January 2025. The US defense strategy continues to evolve to best position the Department of Defense (DoD) to counter evolving global threats, to provide an effective geopolitical deterrent for the nation, and to maintain a decisive military advantage in light of global technological access.
