Description

This contract seeks to obtain a design study for a Payload Container capable on integrating on multiple platforms for the Rocket Cargo Vanguard. The aim is to develop a system capable of integrating multiple Government defined payloads within this payload container for deployment. This effort was competive via ARA FA8650-21-S-9307, Call 003, Rocket Experimentation for Global Agile Logistics (REGAL) Payload Rentry from Space Development and Demonstrations. This was awarded as a firm fixed price contract. In selecting the appropriate contract type, the contracting officer considered the factors in FAR 16.104.
